Backordered

What does purchasing a product that is on backorder mean? It means we are currently sold out of that product but have more on the way. You're reserving the product so when it comes back in stock, yours will ship out immediately.

What if I change my mind and want to cancel? Please send us an email Contact@Tesstuff.com to request cancellation. Cancellations within 48 hours are free. Cancellations after 48 hours are subject to a 5% fee, this is to cover the refund fee charged by our payment processor. 

What if I got free shipping and I cancel? If your order qualified for free shipping because you met the minimum order total and cancelling your backordered item takes your order total below that minimum, shipping fee will be subtracted from your refund. This is only relevant if your order contained non backordered items that shipped immediately. If nothing from your order has yet to ship, you will not be charged shipping.

How long will it take for my backordered product to ship? The timeframe can vary from product to product. Please see the product, you're interested in backordering, for an estimated shipping timeframe.

Will I be charged before my item ships? Yes. This is done to reserve your item.

What if my order has products that aren't on backorder as well? If your order has products that aren't on backorder and products that are on backorder, the items that aren't on backorder will ship as normal according to our Shipping Info (found at bottom of page). Please note this rule does not apply for floor mats due to the cost of shipping. If you your order contains in stock floor mats and backordered floor mats, all floor mats will ship together when your backordered floor mats ship.

Products that are available for backorder will be marked as "Backordered" in the products name and a disclaimer in the product description.
