Don't be fooled by other Tesla accessory websites that are dropshipping you products. They do not verify quality, their shipping times suck, and you'd have a better time getting a new Roadster than a refund. Tesstuff is NOT a dropshipping store. We house all inventory right here in the USA!

Processing times can vary depending on the size of your order. We aim to have all items in an order processed and shipped within 72 business hours but some need a little more care. Please allow up to 5 business days.

Shipping times can also vary depending on the size of your order, delivery location, and our current stock.

Most USA orders will be delivered in 3-5 business days but some may take up to 14. For most large orders we ship via UPS Ground and small orders we use USPS First Class Mail.

For our Canadian customers, orders can take up to 21 business days depending on the courier and customs clearance processes. UPS Standard International is used for all orders to Canada.

Tesstuff is NOT responsible for charges/fees at customs. Charges/fees at customs is the sole responsibility of the customer! We do not accept returns if you decline to pay customs and have the item routed back to us.

Large items (free shipping excluded) encompass all floor mats and trunk storage bins.
